Role Overview

The Vendor Relations Manager plays a central role in building and maintaining CRVN Imports' supplier network. This position is responsible for developing strategic relationships with vendors, ensuring alignment with consortium objectives, and supporting the commercial framework that underpins our member services.

The Role

This role centres on supplier and partner relationship management, acting as the primary point of contact between CRVN Imports and its vendor network. You will be responsible for nurturing long-term partnerships that deliver value to consortium members while maintaining the integrity of our procurement model.

Commercial alignment is fundamental to this position. You will work to ensure that vendor agreements, pricing structures, and supply arrangements align with consortium objectives and member needs, balancing commercial outcomes with relationship sustainability.

Coordination with internal stakeholders is essential. You will collaborate closely with operations, compliance, and member services teams to ensure seamless vendor integration and consistent service delivery across the network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendor partners aligned with consortium requirements
  • Manage ongoing vendor relationships, ensuring consistent communication and performance
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements within established frameworks
  • Coordinate with compliance and operations teams on vendor documentation and processes
  • Monitor vendor performance and address issues proactively
  • Support strategic planning for vendor network expansion and optimisation
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting on vendor activities

Ideal Background

  • Experience in vendor management, procurement, or B2B partnership development
  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent relationship management and communication abilities
  • Understanding of supply chain, wholesale, or retail distribution environments
  • Alignment with structured, long-term business partnerships over transactional approaches
  • Comfortable working autonomously within a lean operational structure
